Custom Activewear & Leggings Manufacturer for Fitness Brands

Humen, Dongguan · custom manufacturing program

Develop a leggings brief around movement, coverage and fabric recovery. Review 220–280 GSM brushed nylon/spandex directions, a soft hand feel, four-way stretch and the required seam construction before treating any performance description as an approved result.

220–280 GSM · nylon/spandex · movement & opacity review

Made to order, not retail stock. Specifications, quantity, pricing and delivery are confirmed in your quotation. Sample-pack contents, price and courier route are confirmed before payment.

Private-label leggings for a fitness collection

A leggings brief needs the rise, waistband depth, inseam, gusset and seam positions as well as fabric weight. Compare 220–280 GSM nylon/spandex directions using the intended colors and the sizes you plan to sell.

Define opacity under stretch, recovery and comfort checks on the actual sample. Brushed nylon/spandex cut-and-sew development and seamless knitting are different routes; confirm the required construction before quoting.

Build the specification

Technical specifications for your project brief

These are proposed sourcing and development directions. The approved sample and written quotation define the accepted material, construction, tolerances and schedule.

Develop the craft around the garment

Softness without losing recovery

Buttery-soft is a hand-feel direction, not a technical test result. Compare a physical brushed-fabric swatch, final blend and four-way stretch behavior. Agree recovery, dimensional stability and care requirements before approving the fabric.

Define an opacity test that means something

A squat-proof request needs a defined size, fit, stretch condition, lighting and assessment method. Review a movement sample under those agreed conditions; do not infer opacity from a fabric weight or a product photo.

Construction follows movement

Specify waistband height, gusset, seams, pockets and chafe-sensitive areas. The requested 4-needle 6-thread flatlock construction and any specialized machinery route need feasibility confirmation before the garment is quoted as a repeatable production program.

What to approve before bulk production

  • Fabric blend, brushed surface, stretch and recovery
  • Base size, compression preference and waistband behavior
  • Agreed movement/opacity test conditions and recorded result
  • Confirmed seam route, logo stretch behavior and care method

MOQ & quote planning

Compare the scope at different order quantities

Unit prices are calculated from the confirmed specification, not a fixed retail price. The quotation separates the garment from setup, decoration, trims, testing, packing and freight where applicable.

Prepare a useful factory inquiry

Send the reference, specification and quantity together

Include the selected program, reference photos or tech pack, fabric/GSM direction, size and color split, artwork, labels, packing, destination and target in-hand date. Mark anything that still needs development.

This is a quotation request, not an online payment or order acceptance. MOQ, sample credit, capacity and delivery terms are confirmed for your project.

Buyer questions about Activewear & Leggings

Are 220–280 GSM leggings automatically squat-proof?

No. Opacity depends on the material, color, fit, stretch and test conditions. Agree how the sample will be assessed and approve a recorded result before making a squat-proof claim.

Can I request 4-needle 6-thread flatlock seams?

Yes, include the construction requirement and seam locations in the brief. The appropriate production route and equipment availability are confirmed during feasibility review, not assumed from a catalog reference.

Can I start with 50 pairs?

That is the target pilot quantity for a compatible route. The fabric/color minimum, construction, logo setup and size allocation must be reviewed before a 50-pair order is accepted.

Does the current catalog prove a leggings or seamless production line?

No. The activewear catalog provides style directions; a dedicated leggings or seamless brief needs separate material, pattern, construction and production-route confirmation. Send your reference and required performance for review.
