Humen, Dongguan · custom manufacturing program
Connect the garment with the brand details buyers see and handle. Plan woven neck labels, satin care labels, heavy-cardstock hangtags, silicone badges and frosted zip-lock bag options as coordinated approval items within your private-label apparel order.
Woven & satin labels · hangtags · badges & packing
Made to order, not retail stock. Specifications, quantity, pricing and delivery are confirmed in your quotation. Sample-pack contents, price and courier route are confirmed before payment.
Woven labels, hangtags and packaging for custom apparel
This program coordinates branding components with a garment order. Specify woven neck-label dimensions and fold, care-label artwork, hangtag stock and bag size. Label or bag quantities may exceed the garment minimum.
For a US-bound order, provide your approved brand, size, fiber, care and origin wording. For UK, Canadian or Australian sales, identify the required market and language in the brief. Review the final artwork before printing; component appearance alone does not confirm compliance.

Technical specifications for your project brief
These are proposed sourcing and development directions. The approved sample and written quotation define the accepted material, construction, tolerances and schedule.
| Fabric composition | Woven-label yarn, satin care-label base, cardstock, silicone-badge material and bag film are specified by component; garment composition remains separately confirmed. |
|---|---|
| GSM weight range | Cardstock weight and bag-film thickness confirmed by component. Garment GSM applies to the selected apparel style, not universally to labels or packing. |
| Fit options | Garment style/size range plus label dimensions, folding type, seam allowance, badge size, hangtag format and bag capacity. |
| Decoration crafts | Custom woven neck labels, printed satin care labels, heavy-cardstock hangtags, silicone badges and frosted zip-lock polybag requests. |
| Shrinkage tolerance | Review label/badge wash behavior and compatibility with garment care. Bag and hangtag dimensions use component-specific tolerances, not garment shrinkage claims. |
| MOQ per style / color | Garment and component minimums can differ. Review label colors, weaving/printing, badge molds, bag print and any excess component allocation in the quote. |
| Sample lead time | 7–10-day target after artwork, materials and supplier-route confirmation; new molds or special materials may require additional time. |
| Bulk lead time | 15–22-day target after garment and component approvals; actual supplier timing and packing sequence confirmed before commitment. |
| Shipping | DHL/FedEx air courier or eligible DDP sea/air reviewed for the finished garment program, carton allocation and destination. |

Develop the craft around the garment
Build a readable label hierarchy
Separate brand identity, size, fiber content and care information. Confirm the market, language and required wording with the buyer, then approve label dimensions, folding, attachment and readability on the garment. A decorative label is not a substitute for required consumer information.
Approve artwork as physical components
Review woven detail, satin print, hangtag paper weight, finish, badge dimensions and attachment. Silicone badges can involve mold setup; fine details and small text should be evaluated on a physical sample rather than only a screen layout.
Fit packaging to the finished garment
Confirm folding, bag dimensions, closure, artwork, barcode and size stickers. For frosted zip-lock polybags, review film, print and destination requirements; any warning or compliance wording must match the market and is not assumed from appearance.
What to approve before bulk production
- Brand artwork, label hierarchy and destination-market wording
- Component dimensions, folding/attachment and material samples
- Garment fit inside the proposed bag and packing presentation
- Component minimums, setup costs and excess-material handling
MOQ & quote planning
Compare the scope at different order quantities
Unit prices are calculated from the confirmed specification, not a fixed retail price. The quotation separates the garment from setup, decoration, trims, testing, packing and freight where applicable.
| Quantity / route | What to compare in the quote | Price & schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Small garment run with component-MOQ review | Confirm the minimum for fabric, color, construction and artwork. Identify development/setup costs and any component minimums. | Project quote. Sample target: 7–10 days after confirmed inputs; bulk target: 15–22 days after approval. Route-specific exceptions and freight transit are confirmed separately. |
| 101–300-garment coordinated label program | Compare the same approved specification with fewer color or artwork changes. Separate unit production costs from setup and freight. | Project quote. Sample target: 7–10 days after confirmed inputs; bulk target: 15–22 days after approval. Route-specific exceptions and freight transit are confirmed separately. |
| 301+ garments with planned trim allocation | Plan material and trim commitments, size allocation, artwork repeats and reorder consistency against the approved sample. | Project quote. Sample target: 7–10 days after confirmed inputs; bulk target: 15–22 days after approval. Route-specific exceptions and freight transit are confirmed separately. |
Prepare a useful factory inquiry
Send the reference, specification and quantity together
Include the selected program, reference photos or tech pack, fabric/GSM direction, size and color split, artwork, labels, packing, destination and target in-hand date. Mark anything that still needs development.
This is a quotation request, not an online payment or order acceptance. MOQ, sample credit, capacity and delivery terms are confirmed for your project.
Buyer questions about Labels & Packaging
Can a small clothing order include custom labels and bags?
Yes, request them with the garment brief. Label weaving/printing, badge molds and bag printing may have component minimums separate from the garment quantity; setup and leftover component handling are confirmed in the quote.
Can you supply woven labels, satin care labels and hangtags together?
They can be coordinated within a private-label apparel program. Confirm artwork, dimensions, colors, materials, attachment and the required market wording for each component before approval.
Do custom bags or labels automatically meet every country's rules?
No. Required care, fiber, language, safety or packaging information depends on the destination and product. The buyer should specify the market requirements and review the final wording and component before production.
How are setup costs handled?
The quotation separates the garment from label or print setup, badge tooling, packing components and any special assembly. Agree component minimums and how unused materials are allocated before committing to the run.
