Humen, Dongguan · custom manufacturing program
Turn graphic ideas into decoration that suits the garment. Compare 3D puff-print direction, high-density silicone print, chenille, raised embroidery and jumbo screen printing with the fabric, wash and artwork—not as a single interchangeable logo option.
3D effects · silicone print · chenille & embroidery
Made to order, not retail stock. Specifications, quantity, pricing and delivery are confirmed in your quotation. Sample-pack contents, price and courier route are confirmed before payment.
Puff-print hoodies and embroidered T-shirts
Specify the garment before requesting a puff-print quote. Artwork dimensions, color count, placement and the underlying fabric affect setup and the achievable raised effect. Share editable artwork or a clear mockup for the first review.
Chenille, foam-backed embroidery and puff printing use different materials and construction. Compare a strike-off or embroidery sample, then check the effect on the complete garment under the agreed care method.

Technical specifications for your project brief
These are proposed sourcing and development directions. The approved sample and written quotation define the accepted material, construction, tolerances and schedule.
| Fabric composition | Cotton jersey, French terry, fleece or another reviewed base. Surface texture, stretch and finishing determine decoration compatibility. |
|---|---|
| GSM weight range | Common development directions: 240–320 GSM tees and 400–550 GSM hoodies; select the actual base before approving a decoration method. |
| Fit options | Regular, boxy, oversized or drop-shoulder garments; artwork position follows the garment pattern and size range. |
| Decoration crafts | 3D puff print, high-density silicone-print direction, chenille and 3D puff-embroidery requests, plus jumbo screen printing. Feasibility confirmed from artwork and material. |
| Shrinkage tolerance | Agree garment shrinkage and any resulting artwork distortion under the specified care method. |
| MOQ per style / color | Quoted by garment, artwork version, color count, placement and setup. Selected garment routes can suit 20–100 pieces; specialist artwork may require a different minimum. |
| Sample lead time | 7–10-day target after artwork, material and decoration-route confirmation; multiple technique trials may add time. |
| Bulk lead time | 15–22-day target after garment and decoration approval, with actual capacity and setup confirmed in the quote. |
| Shipping | DHL/FedEx air courier and destination-eligible DDP sea/air reviewed after finished packing requirements are confirmed. |

Develop the craft around the garment
Raised print is an artwork decision
Puff and high-density silicone effects differ in edge definition, flexibility and hand feel. Provide editable artwork, intended dimensions, color references and the desired height or texture. The route is selected through a sample, not by an effect name alone.
Embroidery needs a compatible base
Chenille and raised embroidery place different demands on backing, stitch coverage and garment stability. Review small details, large fills, seam clearances and the intended position so the result supports the fabric rather than pulling it out of shape.
Agree wash-durability evidence
Define the care method, inspection points and acceptance criteria for cracking, adhesion, shape or loose threads as relevant. A test result is only claimed when that check has been performed and recorded for the selected construction.
What to approve before bulk production
- Editable artwork, color references, actual size and placement
- Sample on the intended fabric and finishing route
- Edge quality, hand feel, backing and garment distortion
- Agreed wash/durability method and recorded acceptance result
MOQ & quote planning
Compare the scope at different order quantities
Unit prices are calculated from the confirmed specification, not a fixed retail price. The quotation separates the garment from setup, decoration, trims, testing, packing and freight where applicable.
| Quantity / route | What to compare in the quote | Price & schedule |
|---|---|---|
| 20–50-piece feasibility review | Confirm the minimum for fabric, color, construction and artwork. Identify development/setup costs and any component minimums. | Project quote. Sample target: 7–10 days after confirmed inputs; bulk target: 15–22 days after approval. Route-specific exceptions and freight transit are confirmed separately. |
| 51–100 pieces with controlled artwork | Compare the same approved specification with fewer color or artwork changes. Separate unit production costs from setup and freight. | Project quote. Sample target: 7–10 days after confirmed inputs; bulk target: 15–22 days after approval. Route-specific exceptions and freight transit are confirmed separately. |
| 101–300+ pieces with planned setups | Plan material and trim commitments, size allocation, artwork repeats and reorder consistency against the approved sample. | Project quote. Sample target: 7–10 days after confirmed inputs; bulk target: 15–22 days after approval. Route-specific exceptions and freight transit are confirmed separately. |
Prepare a useful factory inquiry
Send the reference, specification and quantity together
Include the selected program, reference photos or tech pack, fabric/GSM direction, size and color split, artwork, labels, packing, destination and target in-hand date. Mark anything that still needs development.
This is a quotation request, not an online payment or order acceptance. MOQ, sample credit, capacity and delivery terms are confirmed for your project.
Buyer questions about Puff Print & Embroidery
Is puff print the same as 3D puff embroidery?
No. They are different decoration processes with different artwork, material and construction requirements. Compare the desired surface, edge, flexibility and position, then approve a technique-specific sample.
Can you make jumbo prints across a hoodie?
Share the actual print dimensions and positions on the garment. Pocket seams, zippers, hood shape, fabric stretch and the available application route determine feasibility and sample requirements.
Are all decoration routes already wash tested?
No universal test result is assumed. The chosen fabric, artwork and finishing route need an agreed wash/durability method and acceptance criteria. Evidence is reviewed for checks actually performed.
How is decoration priced?
The quote separates garment construction from artwork setup, method, color count, coverage, placements and any testing requirements. Quantity helps spread setup costs, but a confirmed specification is needed for a unit price.
