Vintage-wash graphic long-sleeve T-shirt: Style Y35
Style Y35 combines a long-sleeve reference with a vintage-wash and graphic design direction. For a private-label brief, define the fit, finished shade and artwork as separate specifications, then review them together on a finished sample. No fixed composition, fabric weight or print method is implied by this reference.
Map artwork onto the long-sleeve silhouette
Supply separate artwork files for each intended position, with dimensions and distances from fixed garment points. Identify whether the design belongs on the chest, back or sleeve rather than relying on a mockup alone. For sleeve artwork, include orientation and the distance from the shoulder or sleeve opening, and check visibility when the garment is worn.
Agree the relationship between wash and decoration
Share a reference for the desired faded shade and graphic contrast. Ask for the proposed sequence of decoration and finishing on the selected material. The approval sample should represent that sequence so you can assess the finished appearance, artwork edges and acceptable variation together. A digital mockup is useful for placement, but does not establish the result of washing or printing.
Y35 sample review checklist
- Approve body, shoulder and sleeve measurements using a defined measurement method.
- Confirm the selected fabric and wash reference rather than relying on a screen color.
- Check artwork scale and position on each relevant size or agree a grading rule.
- Review the finished graphic and shade after the agreed care test.
- Record the approved sample, labels and packaging instructions for production.
Include Style Y35, quantity by color and size, artwork files, wash references and target delivery requirements in your inquiry. MOQ, material availability and sampling schedule are confirmed after review.
