Clear Answers Before You Order
Review the practical details that shape minimums, materials, decoration, quotations and timing before sampling begins.
01Can I order 50 custom hoodies?
A 50-piece project falls within our advertised 20–100-piece range for selected styles and customization routes. This is not a universal minimum or an order acceptance guarantee. Send your style reference, size breakdown, fabric preference, color and artwork so we can confirm the minimum for your exact project before sampling.
02What changes the minimum order quantity?
Fabric availability, custom color development, decoration and labels or packaging can each affect the minimum. Confirm whether the quoted minimum applies to the whole order, each style, each color or each artwork. Separate material and trim minimums may also apply.
03How should I choose between French terry and fleece?
Compare the inside surface, fabric composition, weight, stretch and washed hand feel of actual swatches. Do not approve a fabric from its name or GSM alone. Ask which options are available for your quantity and intended use, then approve the material with your garment sample.
04Can my logo be embroidered or printed?
We review the artwork, finished dimensions, placement and garment fabric before recommending a decoration method. Options include chenille embroidery, reflective print, 3D/puff embroidery, high-density print and tuft embroidery. Confirm feasibility on a sample; not every method suits every fabric or fine detail.
05What do you need for a quotation?
- Product type and reference images or a technical package.
- Total quantity and breakdown by style, color and size.
- Fabric composition, weight and finish, if specified.
- Artwork dimensions, placement and decoration preference.
- Main labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging requirements.
- Destination market and requested delivery date.
06How are sampling and production dates confirmed?
Request a project-specific schedule after the specifications and sourcing requirements have been reviewed. Confirm what starts the production lead time and allow for sample revisions and final approval. Shipping time should be stated separately from manufacturing time.
